Increasing client growth rates presented the opportunity to amplify and manage customer success stories through scaleable, digital templates.
Project Goals
Create a scalable, digital solution to host and manage client success stories. Secondarily, a digital resource to market, promote, and amplify customer's experience with Brandfolder.
Project Process
Partnered with the customer support team to gather client testimonials to identify key attributes to highlight and support. Worked closely with the front-end developer to create a web template that was scalable and simple to manage for both design and engineering teams.
The completed web templates focused on the following key elements:
Mobile-First Design
Recognizing the importance of mobile accessibility, I designed the mobile templates first. This strategy involved designing the web templates with a primary focus on mobile devices before scaling up to larger screens. This approach helped in delivering faster load times and a more intuitive user interface across all devices.
Scalable Layouts
Focusing on adaptive templates, I designed layouts that could easily support varying content and screen sizes. The templates were built with flexibility in mind, utilizing responsive design principles to ensure that they maintained visual and functional integrity across different devices and resolutions. This scalability not only enhanced user experience but also streamlined the development process for ongoing updates.
Inbound marketing
We integrated inbound network marketing strategies including search engine optimization through effective use of meta tags, keywords, and structured data. Additionally, I designed the templates to support content marketing efforts by incorporating elements that encourage user engagement, such as calls-to-action and social sharing features. By aligning the design with inbound marketing principles, we aimed to attract and retain visitors through networking content and strategic marketing initiatives, ultimately driving better engagement and conversion rates.
Project Results
As a result, the client stories template created a scalable resource to showcase client success stories and provided a robust foundation for future growth and user engagement.
